Return Policy Introduction: 

Thank you for choosing GIGATE for your shopping needs. Our aim is to provide you with a delightful shopping experience. It's important to note that this policy is not designed to restrict your statutory rights in any manner. 

If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, we offer the flexibility to return the product for a full refund or exchange. Please refer to the policy details below for further information. 

 

Returns: 

You have up to 30 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return. To qualify, the product must be in its original condition, accompanied by the original packaging, and include the receipt or proof of purchase along with the tracking number. 

 

Refunds: 

Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and promptly notify you of the status. If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. The credit will be processed within 2 to 8 business days, contingent on your card issuer's policies. 

 

Returns Shipping: 

The return shipping cost is determined based on the reason for the return. Please review the details below: 

If the device malfunctions within the first month of receiving it, GIGATE covers the cost of returning the product through the designated shipping company. 

After the initial month, the customer is responsible for returning the product to our warehouse and bears the associated shipping costs.

Preparing Your Products for Return 

To ensure the swift processing of your return request, please take responsibility for the following when returning your products: 

  1. Safely and securely package your products for protection during transit.
  2. Clearly mark your return reference number on the outside of the parcel.
  3. Include all accessories and parts that were sold with the product.

Failure to comply with any of these requirements may result in a delay in processing your request or its potential rejection. 

 

Not the Correct Order?  

If we inadvertently deliver the wrong product or if the product differs from the description on the website, please inform us. We will collect the product from you at no charge. 

If the product is missing any accessories or parts, follow the process outlined below. After inspecting the product and validating your return, we will either promptly deliver the correct product (if available) or credit your account with the purchase price within 15 days of the return, based on your preference. 

 

Damaged Products or Missing Items on Delivery 

Should a product be damaged or lacking parts or accessories upon delivery or collection, notify us within 7 days. We will arrange to collect the product from you at no charge. After inspecting the product and validating your return, we will either repair or replace the product (if possible or if we have the same product in stock) or credit your account with the purchase price, based on your preference. 

 

Defective Products 

 We strive to deliver high-quality products without defects. If your item is damaged or defective, you can return it at no charge within the first 30 days. In most cases, you can choose a refund or receive a replacement. If the replacement option is unavailable, opt for a refund. 

For issues arising outside the return period, missing parts, or queries about product usage, contact the manufacturer. 

The following circumstances will not be considered defects and do not entitle you to a return: 

  1. Faults resulting from normal wear and tear.
  2. Damage from negligence, user abuse, or incorrect usage.
  3. Damage from electrical surges or sea air corrosion.
  4. Damage due to inadequate care for the product.
  5. Damage from unauthorized alterations to the product.
  6. Instances where the accurately described specifications on the website, although suitable for the intended purpose, do not meet your preferences.

 

Standard Warranty 

 If defects occur in the product after the 30-day specified return or replacement period, the product will be covered by the manufacturer warranty policy. Refer to our warranty policy for detailed information about your product warranty.
